Write, update, and maintain computer programs or software packages to handle specific jobs such as tracking inventory, storing or retrieving data, or controlling other equipment.

· Write, analyze, review, and rewrite programs, using workflow chart and diagram, and applying knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic.

· Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.

· Perform systems analysis and programming tasks to maintain and control the use of computer systems software as a systems programmer.

· Investigate whether networks, workstations, the central processing unit of the system, or peripheral equipment are responding to a program’s instructions.

· Assign, coordinate, and review work and activities of programming personnel.

· Correct errors by making appropriate changes and rechecking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced.

Looking for highly motivated technology professional with strong expertise in system engineering with writing requirements to develop new functionalities or enhance existing systems Participate in all phases of software development life-cycle. Conduct and participate in JAD sessions to collect the software system specifications. Participate in business requirement analysis, use case analysis, gap analysis and define business requirements. Identify opportunities for business improvement; Document requirements using MS Office and develop uses cases using MS Visio Analyze large sets of data from Oracle and SQL Server to define data requirements Evaluates, recommends, and implements automated test tools and strategies. Facilitates project review meetings, capability building, and escalation processes of the project to ensure efficient, effective, and successful execution of the project plan. Provides status reporting on project activities, risks/issues, and schedule using various tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel, etc. Designs, implements, and conducts test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met. Pro-actively identify potential project risk factors, communicate these to the project team and work with stakeholders to address them. Develops, maintains, and upgrades automated test scripts using HP UFT or similar tools and architectures for application products.
